At Heart Center Yoga, we are devoted to the overall well-being of each student who enters our space. We offer a variety of Yoga classes suitable for practitioners of all levels, so no matter where you are in your journey, you can experience the great benefits that Yoga has to offer!
Heart Center was started by a mother, Suzana working in massage therapy and her two daughters, wildly inspired by the practice of Yoga and passionate about sharing it with their community.
We hope that each student values the connection with the loving individuals around them as well as within themselves. We are here to help you achieve whatever your goals may be; whether that’s increasing flexibility, learning how to better cope with stress, correcting any muscular imbalances, or deepening your meditation practice.
Let's come together and establish a community where we can all feel at home!
"Infinite love is rooted in the center of our being"
Breathe and Connect
Let's get the heart pumping!
In our Vinyasa Flow class we'll move through a series of interconnected Yoga postures, synchronizing the movement and the breath. This flow is meant establish balance, ground you, and help get you out of your head, and into your hearts.
All levels are welcome!
Back to the Basics
New to Yoga?
This is the perfect class for you!
Here we will introduce the sun salutation and break down the proper alignment for each pose. The use of props, and modifications will also be explored, placing emphasis on safety and making sure you feel comfortable in your flow!
Strength and Length
This vigorous yet rejuvenating class takes our Vinyasa flow to the next level!
We will challenge you to try different variations, step out of your comfort zone, hold a little longer, and breathe a little deeper. Students will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
Challenge & Explore
Have you spent some time with your yoga practice and feel like you're ready to take it to the next level?
In this class we will explore new variations, different transitions, and more advanced asanas. These sequences will modify your practice in a way that is safe and fun!
Be still & chill
Sometimes we need to just hit the reset button.
In this class we get to slow down, taking a completely passive approach to the practice. We will make sure your body is comfortable so you can allow yourself to fully relax and melt into each pose. By creating stillness and letting the breath move the body, we can release tension and stress, improve flexibility, enhance self-awareness, and still the mind.
Let's have some fun!
Kids love to move, play, and explore!
In these classes we will create a healthy, non-competitive environment. Classes will include simple but fun yoga poses, an introduction to basic anatomy, and fun Yoga games. We will encourage teamwork and self-confidence, and inspire them to meditate. All children have a beautiful inner light- let's bring that to the surface!

Besarta always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Going through school and working in her late teens, she knew something was missing.
In the search for her true passion, she stumbled upon Yoga. After her first class, she was reminded of her childhood where she was always either in a split, doing a backbend, or trying to balance upside down. In that moment is where she knew that she had found what was missing all along. Yoga feeds her soul, liberates her spirit, and gives her something to look forward to every day. She maintained a consistent practice and knew she wanted to share this incredible experience of Yoga with others.
Her first teacher, Christian Valeriani at Evenflow Yoga, is one of her biggest inspirations. EFY is where she received her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification in 2014. Besarta also takes various types of Yoga classes in New Jersey and New York to keep her connected to the evolving world of Yoga. She just recently received her 500-hour Yoga certification at Ohana Rising with Lisa Triolo in Asbury Park who partnered with Christian from EvenFlow.
Besarta’s goal as a teacher is to challenge her class, create a playful environment, and inspire her students to find themselves not only on their mats but in their everyday life.
Suzana is a mother of 4 beautiful girls, who strongly believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and encourages her daughters to do the same. While she worked in the world of finance, she constantly practiced yoga which helped her deal with stresses of work and life. As she dove deeper into her Yoga practice, she grew passionate about healing through bodywork. Her love drove her to take huge leap of faith and leave the corporate world.
In 2010, Suzana enrolled in Massage Therapy School. After many sacrifices, and with the support of her family and friends, she can wholeheartedly say that it was the best decision that she has ever made! She trusts in the power of touch, and has since gained a genuine and loyal clientele. Suzana is very thankful for all her teachers sharing their wisdom and knowledge, and for helping her become the therapist she is today!
Suzana studied Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine (AIAM).
She has also studied over 100 hours in Advanced Thai Yoga Massage with Ananda Apfelbaum at Thai Massage Sacred Bodywork in NY.
And she has completed 200 hour yoga training with Christian Valeriani at Evenflow Yoga in Red Bank NJ.
Dia’s Yoga journey began in her early teens when she practiced with Rodney Yee’s Yoga DVD's in the basement of her home. She loved Yoga but, at that time, didn’t understand why. A couple of years later, she started dancing and grew passionate about that as well. Dance helped heal her through many hardships in her life. After pursuing the professional route of dance, things started to connect. She realized that all of her passions shared a common thread, and that was healing through movement.
After diving deeper and studying the philosophies of Yoga, she grew a strong desire to learn more and teach. In 2015, she received her 200 RYT through Even Flow Yoga and Meditation with Christian Valeriani and has been teaching ever since. Dia has also studied over 100 hours in Advanced Thai Yoga Massage with Ananda Apfelbaum at Thai Massage Sacred Bodywork in NY. Recently Dia also received her 500-hour Yoga certification at Ohana Rising with Lisa Triolo in Asbury Park who partnered with Christian from EvenFlow.
Dia weaves what's she learned through all of her passions into her Yoga classes. She hopes to inspire her students to breathe, let go, connect deeper to themselves, and find healing through movement.
